📃 Prérequis

Une connaissance suffisante de la Spirale Dynamique Intégrale est requise, équivalente à la formation de Niveau 1 à la Spirale Dynamique. Si vous n’avez pas de certification de Niveau 1, vous devez préalablement tester vos connaissances avec le Test de Connaissance de la Spirale Dynamique.

La formation alterne théorie et mise en application, permettant une intégration progressive des concepts à travers des exercices pratiques et des échanges avec le groupe.

Une plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne complète avec de nombreux contenus vidéo, des documents écrits, des quiz interactifs, des études de cas et des exercices.

Sept sessions en ligne enregistrées d’une durée de 2h à 2h30 chacune, accessibles en temps réel ou en replay.

Ateliers interactifs et apprentissage entre pairs pour expérimenter les outils en conditions réelles.

✔ Travail en binôme et en groupe pour enrichir l’expérience et favoriser l’appropriation des concepts.

Un accès d’un an aux supports de cours et aux enregistrements, pour un apprentissage flexible.

Une certification officielle de Niveau 2 (autorisée par la Fondation Don Beck) : Il n’est pas nécessaire de posséder une certification de Niveau 1 pour participer à cette formation (voir prérequis ci-dessus). En revanche, seul·es les participant·e·s ayant déjà une certification de Niveau 1 autorisée par la Fondation Don Beck obtiendront la certification de Niveau 2.

6. What version of Spiral Dynamics do you teach?

We teach the original model developed by Prof. Clare W. Graves and further refined by Dr. Don Beck, integrating complementary perspectives from Ken Wilber’s Integral approach. This combination provides a comprehensive understanding of human development and cultural evolution.

7. Who issues the certifications for your Spiral Dynamics courses?

Upon successful completion of our Spiral Dynamics courses, participants receive certifications issued by the Don Beck Spiral Dynamics Integral Foundation (SDi Foundation). This foundation is the central hub for global Spiral Dynamics activities and upholds the standards set by Dr. Don Beck.

8. What are the different levels of Spiral Dynamics trainings you offer?

Fundamentals Training (Level 1): This introductory course provides participants with in-depth knowledge of the Spiral Dynamics Integral model. Upon successful completion, participants receive a Level 1 certificate authorized by the Don Beck Foundation. The training consists of 8 online sessions over three months.

Advanced Training (Level 2): Designed for those aiming to apply Spiral Dynamics in coaching and organizational development, this intensive course equips participants with advanced tools and methodologies. It covers topics like advanced diagnostic techniques, organizational culture cultivation, and change management. The training includes 8 online sessions spread over several months.

9. What are the certification requirements for the Spiral Dynamics trainings?

To obtain the Level 1 certificate, participants are required to:

  • Attend a minimum of 4 out of the 8 live sessions.
  • Present an analysis on a chosen topic.
  • Post an example in the group for each of the value systems.
  • Complete exercises after each session.
  • Pass a knowledge test with a minimum score of 65%.

For Level 2 certification, participants should have completed a Level 1 certification, attend and complete the Level 2 course.

10. I already have Spiral Dynamics knowledge, can I register for the Level 2 course without doing the Level 1 first?

Yes, we can provide you with a self-assessment questionnaire if you wish to test your Spiral Dynamics knowledge and you can certainly attend the Level 2 Course if your knowledge is sufficient. However, it will not be possible for you to obtain an official Level 2 Certification from the Don Beck Spiral Dynamics Integral Foundation if you don’t already hold a Level 1 Certification.

14. Does the Self-Organization Training include a Spiral Dynamics course?

The Self-Organization Training includes an Introduction Module to Spiral Dynamics as it is a key framework to understand organizational evolution. We recommend to take the full Level 1 Spiral Dynamics in addition to the Self-Organization Training. And if you intend to coach people based on the value systems, diagnostic tools or coach organizations, we highly recommend you also attend the Level 2 Training.
