Our

Story

Paradigm21 was born inside ArboLife, a project dedicated to social and environmental transformation. We started as a hybrid between a non-profit and a business, experimenting with ways to make impact-driven work sustainable.

After four years of non-profit activities, e shifted our focus to incubating social entrepreneurship projects. We helped teams and organizations launch, structure, and grow ideas that matter.

We saw a growing need for practical support in organizational transformation. That’s when Paradigm21 Sàrl became fully independent, focusing entirely on helping teams work better, lead better, and adapt to change with clarity and confidence.

I founded Paradigm21 in 2018 to share 3 years of experience in creating and managing a “distributed” organization. I am committed to supporting the transformation of our society and its institutions.

Specialized in the diagnosis and supporting transformation, I combine Spiral Dynamics, Integral Vision with a human and holarchic approach to organizations.

Coach, Trainer and Consultant

I joined Paradigm21 in 2019.

I found a very open and empowering development vector in the “Paradigm21” project. At the same time, it is a path to ever more courage to offer the world a radically different way of organizing human ties and power relations in organizations.

Consultant, Trainer and Coach

I joined Paradigm21 in 2019 after writing of a book on new organizational paradigms in Switzerland. My ambition is to build more conscious organizations and inspired organic leadership.

As a specialist in personal and organizational transformation, I make the link between economic performance, personal well-being and organizational effectiveness.

I joined Paradigm21 in 2018, to connect with others who share my passion for “doing” and “being” together. Through my posture, my listening and my outlook, I accompany organizations and individuals to bring their collaboration to another level of authenticity and fluidity.

In 2019 I joined Paradigm21 whose modes of operation and organization immediately echoed my needs for efficiency, coherence and harmony. I aspire to initiate some profound questioning of how we collaborate and the impact of our actions on others.

I support teams and individuals in their transformation towards a new paradigm.

Trainer, Facilitator and Business Development

I joined Paradigm21 in early 2021 to expand my skills and expand my field of action to help organizations focus on humans.

I brought my digital background to Paradigm21 in order to contribute to the development of online activities. I have since specialized in facilitating and training the development of collective intelligence and collaboration.

At Paradigm21, we believe that business should be a force for good. That’s why, since May 2022, we’ve been a Certified B Corp—meeting high standards of social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and ethics.

Our commitment doesn’t stop with certification. Every year, we donate 5% of our revenue to IMPACTEUR, a platform that funds social and environmental initiatives.

Unlike most companies in Switzerland, which donate a share of their profits, we commit a share of our revenue—ensuring that our support for impact-driven projects is consistent, meaningful, and built into our business model from the start.
