Marc is a coach and serial entrepreneur. He supports organizations in transformation and individuals in developing their leadership. Over the course of his career, he has acquired extensive experience in management positions, including as a European sales manager for a US high-tech company.
He embraced social entrepreneurship in 2015 by co-founding ArboLife, now recognized as a pioneer in the emerging paradigm of organizations in Switzerland. ArboLife now has about 30 employees and operates with distributed governance and leadership. Marc is also a co-founder of “hub neuchatel”, a coworking space committed to sustainability and putting humans back at the centre of work.
Manon is a facilitator, trainer, and team coach. Trained in learning design and group facilitation alongside her social science studies, she became fascinated with the art of “us”, participatory management and the evolution of work culture through her Master’s on distributed authority organizations.
Determined to support organizations on this path, she complemented her university studies with a series of training courses on this theme: participatory dynamics (Ordinata); radical collaboration (Human element); successful change – tools and method (ISEOR); management 3.0 (Jurgen Apello); and Agile profile (Agile OA). She is currently working as part of the Paradigm21 collective, which she helped co-create.
In parallel, she is a part-time project coordinator at the Nomads Foundation. Nomads is a platform that catalyses actors involved in innovation projects to help develop technology not as an end, but as a means at the service of the common good.
Lorain is a consultant, coach, trainer, and facilitator in the fields of change management, management, leadership, and personal development.
Following extensive experience as a manager and leader in the watchmaking industry in particular and as a former consultant and trainer in information systems and organization, he has been supporting organizations, teams, and individuals for nearly 10 years to help them express their full potential in order to meet their personal and collective challenges and thus build a meaningful future for all.
Lorain is also a consultant for Nexum, a company specialized in change management, with its Swiss headquarters in Lausanne and further activity in French-speaking Europe.
David is a certified professional coach, a federally certified trainer and a management consultant. An expert in the development of soft skills, he specializes in the creation of holistic training processes, delivering high returns on investment.
David’s expertise is based on 10 years of leadership of various organizations in Geneva and 20 years as a trainer in Europe, Africa, North America, and Central Asia.
Sophie is a positive impact facilitator: she uses visual thinking and coaching as tools to boost collective intelligence.
She has been involved in the B Corp movement in Europe since 2016. She is one of the first B Leaders trained in Switzerland, and supports companies in their journey towards a resilient business model with a positive impact on society and the planet.
Davide is passionate about collaboration and collective achievement, grounded in strong interpersonal relationships and individual development.
With a background in visual art and linguistics and many years spent working in cinema, filming, and its complex organization, he discovered the more specific issues of collaboration and teamwork by serving for over five years as a member of the Board of Directors and then as co-chair of La Ciguë, the housing cooperative for people in training.
There, he became familiar with the art of facilitation, as well as mediation, project management, and human resources. Focusing his career on these issues, he then co-created two other housing cooperatives in Geneva (ithaque and Archipel). He complemented these experiences with additional training on collective intelligence and group management and facilitation, at the HETS in Lausanne and Geneva. Finally, he took training courses on horizontal and agile organization methods.
He is passionate about these subjects and wishes to put his experience at the service of teams, supporting them in finding their collaboration geometry.
Corina is Facilitator in organizational and individual transformation.
A philosopher and digital geek, both analytical and attentive, Corina is passionate about the way people function.
She helps individuals develop their full potential, so that organizations can integrate resilience, innovation, and change processes into their operations.
To do so, she relies on personal development work she started 20 years ago, philosophy, positive psychology, and cognitive science, as well as methods derived from agility such as Design Thinking or Scrum, approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry and “Toscane” designed to support companies, and a method like Coaching with Compassion designed to support individuals.
Following studies in geography and sustainable urban planning, Ginger specialized in the transmission of complex scientific information to the general public and the implementation of behavioural change strategies. Her work focuses on enabling energy and resource savings, in close connection with sustainable development.
In addition to her involvement in non-profit organizations as a project coordinator and manager, Ginger is also active in promoting wellbeing at work.
Thanks to her different roles, her interdisciplinary and crosscutting approach allows her to promote creativity and connection within different groups: schools, non-profits, artistic collectives, and companies.
After studying in the service industry, Lucie worked for four years for organizations creating positive impact in Africa. Among other things, she has developed, implemented, and managed projects involving multiple stakeholders. Passionate about entrepreneurship and social innovation, she then continued her education in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation while working for Ashoka, a major global network of social entrepreneurs.
Today, Lucie focuses on new organizational models that combine agility with a people-oriented approach. She joined Paradigm21 in order to support companies and help them adopt distributed governance.

In a world constantly changing, we all need to cultivate individual agility to be fulfilled, to work optimally, to remain committed and creative, to be efficient, serene and resilient.
