No prior knowledge of Spiral Dynamics or any other framework is required—just bring your curiosity and willingness to play!
How the Game Works
This two-day experience blends gameplay, strategy, and reflection to help participants experience and understand the hidden forces shaping human evolution and organizational transformation.
Moving through different phases of the game, participants will navigate different eras and challenges, shifting paradigms as they move through various sets of rules and discover which leadership styles is most effective at each stage.
Guided Debriefs – After each phase, structured reflection sessions help translate the experience into real-world insights and applications.
Post-Game Integration (Optional) – To deepen the learning, we host a follow-up session on October 30, 2025, from 14:00 – 16:00. Past participants have found this step crucial for embedding insights into their work and daily life.
The Facilitators
Marc Mathys is a serial entrepreneur, consultant and certified coach. As co-founder of Paradigm21, Marc has extensive experience in organizational transformation, leadership development, and cultural change.
I founded Paradigm21 in 2018 to share 3 years of experience in creating and managing a "distributed" organization. I am committed to supporting the transformation of our society and its institutions.
Specialized in the diagnosis and supporting transformation, I combine Spiral Dynamics, Integral Vision with a human and holarchic approach to organizations.
Lucie Mauron – Expert in coaching, facilitation, and collective intelligence. Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Lucie helps teams and individuals unlock their potential, enhance collaboration, and create meaningful impact.
In 2019 I joined Paradigm21 whose modes of operation and organization immediately echoed my needs for efficiency, coherence and harmony. I aspire to initiate some profound questioning of how we collaborate and the impact of our actions on others.
I support teams and individuals in their transformation towards a new paradigm.
