Lorain Blétry

Coach, Trainer and Consultant

I found a very open and empowering development vector in the "Paradigm21" project. At the same time, it is a path to ever more courage to offer the world a radically different way of organizing human ties and power relations in organizations.

I joined Paradigm21 in 2019.

The career path that led me to this activity

After more than 10 years of relatively traditional corporate coaching (change management, management development, leadership development, team development and personal development), I joined Paradigm21 in 2019.
My driving force in my coaching has always been to enable individuals and teams to express their full potential in order to meet their personal and collective challenges and thus build a meaningful future for all.

What motivated me to choose to accompany the emergence of a new paradigm

I found in the “Paradigm21” project both a very open and empowering vector of development and an enormous resource that is our collective. It allows me to have more and more courage to propose to the world a radically different way of organizing and operating human relationships and power relations in organizations.

The biggest challenge I've faced in my evolution

All this is possible under one condition: the inner and personal transformation of all of us. Me first!
My approach is to awaken more and more my own consciousness and, by the same way, in my own measure, to awaken the human consciousness. But consciousness of what? Awareness of who we are and what each of us wants to and can contribute. The meaning of my contribution is guided in large part by this formulation by Frédéric Laloux:

"The ultimate goal is neither to be loved nor to be successful, but to be as true to ourselves as possible, to live a life full of authenticity, to honor the gifts and vocation we were born with, and to be of service to humanity and the world. "

--Frédéric Laloux, Reinventing Organisations, diateino, 2015

One thing I couldn't live without

Humans... and what connects us. I feel like I belong to something so much bigger than myself!

My favorite dish

It is impossible to give a single answer. But I choose the fondue (with goat cheese...mmh it's good!). Because it's simple and delicious. And I have rarely eaten a fondue alone! Conviviality and sharing!

If I could have a super power, it would be...

...to give it to each human being so that each one (re)finds his full potential!
