I support teams and individuals in their transformation towards a new paradigm.
In 2019 I joined Paradigm21 whose modes of operation and organization immediately echoed my needs for efficiency, coherence and harmony. I aspire to initiate some profound questioning of how we collaborate and the impact of our actions on others.
What motivated me to choose to accompany the emergence of a new paradigm
Following several professional experiences in different types of organizations (NGO, company with a mission, classic company, foundation, association, ...), I have repeatedly noticed that our modes of collaboration were not optimal: first of all in terms of efficient management of resources (time, energy, finances, ecology,...) and also in terms of human wellbeing (conflicts, pressures, fears, tensions, resignation, aggressiveness,...). It was while reading Frédéric Laloux's book "Reinventing organizations" that I was able to discover new modes of collaboration and organization that very quickly echoed my needs for efficiency and pleasure at work. Then by experiencing an emergence facilitation and consent decision process, I quickly knew that this was the path I wanted to follow and explore. The further I go, the more I realize that these new organizational modes do not only benefit the individuals but also the organizations themselves, allowing them to adapt more easily to the frequent changes in their environment, to limit their costs thanks to a better distributed management of resources, and to face many other challenges such as the increase of turnover.
My perspectives and long-term vision
Convinced of the growing need for teams to reinvent themselves, I wish to accompany them in this process by enabling them to create their own functioning, based on principles centered on collective intelligence, humanity and agility. I want to bring groups and individuals to an awareness of their interactions with themselves, others, and their environment. It is with this in mind that I also trained for the B Corp certification, which provides a global perspective on the impact of an organization on its environment, its customers, its suppliers, its employees and any other stakeholder.
What matters most to me in the emergence of a new paradigm
What matters most to me in the emergence of this new paradigm is its integrative aspect. For me, it is essential to build it by integrating the positive aspects of the old paradigms and not to do it in opposition to our current system. I am convinced that it is necessary to evolve by taking into account all the parts of the latter and by acting on several levels in order to face today's challenges. If we want to evolve and improve the world we live in, we all have a role to play and challenges to undertake in relation to the way we live and work. I believe it will be more effective to do this by including every organization and individual in this process rather than approaching an "us versus them" posture as has been the case in the past.
