I founded Paradigm21 in 2018 to share 3 years of experience in creating and managing a "distributed" organization. I am committed to supporting the transformation of our society and its institutions.
Specialized in the diagnosis and supporting transformation, I combine Spiral Dynamics, Integral Vision with a human and holarchic approach to organizations.
I joined Paradigm21 in 2019.
I found a very open and empowering development vector in the "Paradigm21" project. At the same time, it is a path to ever more courage to offer the world a radically different way of organizing human ties and power relations in organizations.
I joined Paradigm21 in 2019 after writing of a book on new organizational paradigms in Switzerland. My ambition is to build more conscious organizations and inspired organic leadership.
