L&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 \u00e9merge de la reconnaissance des pairs. Dans une organisation \u00e0 gouvernance distribu\u00e9e, l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 est qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab\u00a0distribu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb lorsque chacun peut devenir son propre leader dans son domaine d&rsquo;activit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nbsp-attribution-des-autorites-nbsp-nbsp\">&nbsp;Attribution des autorit\u00e9s&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2><p>Dans ce type d&rsquo;organisation, les domaines d&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 sont attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque personne, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement selon le principe \u00ab\u00a0celui qui fait, sait\u00a0\u00bb. Les r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s sont d\u00e9finis, ce qui clarifie les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres d\u00e9cisionnels.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-decider-de-maniere-autoritaire-nbsp\">Comment d\u00e9cider de mani\u00e8re autoritaire\u202f?&nbsp;<\/h2><p>Concr\u00e8tement, comment d\u00e9cide-t-on de mani\u00e8re autoritaire ? Il faut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 3 questions :&nbsp;<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ai-je l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9cider ?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Ma d\u00e9cision aura-t-elle un impact sur un autre r\u00f4le ?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Comment d\u00e9cider efficacement ?&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><p>Cela permet de choisir le bon mode de prise de d\u00e9cision individuel, et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de se cacher derri\u00e8re la hi\u00e9rarchie ou le collectif pour se d\u00e9charger de la responsabilit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quand-privilegier-ce-mode-de-decision-nbsp\">Quand privil\u00e9gier ce mode de d\u00e9cision?&nbsp;<\/h2><p>La d\u00e9cision autoritaire est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e quand la personne a l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 et que la d\u00e9cision n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;impact significatif sur les autres. Dans ce cas, la personne peut d\u00e9cider sans validation. L&rsquo;importance de la d\u00e9cision n&rsquo;influence pas l&rsquo;autonomie d\u00e9cisionnelle du r\u00f4le concern\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Cependant, de nombreuses organisations limitent cette possibilit\u00e9, notamment sur le plan financier.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-droit-a-l-erreur-nbsp-nbsp\">Le droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;erreur&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2><p>Le droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;erreur est fondamental pour que ce mode de d\u00e9cision fonctionne. Il cr\u00e9e un climat de confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour que chacun ose utiliser son autorit\u00e9. Certaines entreprises autorisent une erreur, mais pas plusieurs fois la m\u00eame. D&rsquo;autres sont plus souples et consid\u00e8rent que l&rsquo;apprentissage passe par l&rsquo;erreur.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-correction-et-partage-des-erreurs-nbsp\">Correction et partage des erreurs&nbsp;<\/h2><p>Le d\u00e9veloppement du feedback et de la gestion des connaissances permet de corriger rapidement les erreurs et de ne pas les r\u00e9p\u00e9ter. Les outils collaboratifs favorisent le partage d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-consultation-en-cas-d-impact-nbsp\">La consultation en cas d&rsquo;impact&nbsp;<\/h2><p>Lorsqu&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision autoritaire a un fort impact sur d&rsquo;autres r\u00f4les, elle s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une consultation. Par exemple, la d\u00e9cision de changer de logiciel m\u00e9tier n\u00e9cessite d&rsquo;impliquer les utilisateurs.&nbsp;<\/p><p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 distribu\u00e9e dans les organisations agiles permet \u00e0 chacun de devenir d\u00e9cideur dans son domaine. Mais cela n\u00e9cessite un droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;erreur et des m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;apprentissage collectif. Utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 bon escient, la d\u00e9cision autoritaire est un puissant levier d&rsquo;agilit\u00e9. Where I see myself in 5 years I do not project myself in the medium or long term, the years 2019 to 2022 (and the following ones without doubt) have shown us that the VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) is not only in human interactions, but also in the expression of the consequences of human activities and their management. Two certainties nevertheless: first my activity must allow moving the lines on the issue of climate change, and secondly, the gender issue, and particularly the place of women in all dimensions of society, is an absolute priority for me. My favorite sport Ving Tsun, a Chinese martial art, is part of the great family of Kung Fu. It allows me not only to express my violence in a controlled practice, but also to experience how to feel and control the energy of an opponent and have a perfect awareness of my body. I joined Paradigm21 in 2019 after writing of a book on new organizational paradigms in Switzerland. My ambition is to build more conscious organizations and inspired organic leadership. The biggest challenge I've faced in my evolution Ending the schizophrenic posture of an NGO leader, who must be combative, stubborn, and relentless in political negotiations and with the authorities, but benevolent and empathetic in relations with its beneficiaries and employees. On a day-to-day basis and over the long term, the two postures blend together and lead to the development of forms of psychological violence towards those whom we must support, without realizing it. Very much related to this situation, figuring out how to let go of my dominant doer posture was also a big personal challenge. The native representatives that I met almost daily, sometimes great chiefs of their communities, introduced me, often in spite of myself, to spirituality and allowed me to understand to what extent the dominant western society was failing in the management of its relationship with nature and in the relationships between human beings. My most important values Three values guide my life, both personally and professionally: \u2022 Assertiveness: being myself, whatever it takes, and making my voice be heard. Develop the art of communicating a difficult message without passivity, but also without aggressiveness. \u2022 Integrity: remaining intact and whole in my word, whether it is the word I give or the unspoken expectations of me. Be sure that everyone I interact with is on the same stage as I am and that they understand everything that is at stake in our exchanges. \u2022 Sweetness of life: to create as often as possible moments of happiness, big or small, for myself and for others. Work, music, sports, nature, etc. This sweetness is found everywhere and depends on each person. You have to enjoy your life!!! Of course, I regularly screw up in the application of my values on a daily basis, and it is by becoming aware of my deviations from my principles that I evolve on my life path. Where I see myself in 5 years I do not project myself in the medium or long term, the years 2019 to 2022 (and the following ones without doubt) have shown us that the VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) is not only in human interactions, but also in the expression of the consequences of human activities and their management. Two certainties nevertheless: first my activity must allow moving the lines on the issue of climate change, and secondly, the gender issue, and particularly the place of women in all dimensions of society, is an absolute priority for me. My favorite sport Ving Tsun, a Chinese martial art, is part of the great family of Kung Fu. It allows me not only to express my violence in a controlled practice, but also to experience how to feel and control the energy of an opponent and have a perfect awareness of my body.
