Cette s\u00e9rie de quatre articles vise \u00e0 explorer cette grille de lecture.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le premier article intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/introduction-spirale-dynamique\/\"><strong>Introduction au mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9volution de la Spirale Dynamique<\/strong><\/a> pause les bases des niveaux d\u2019existence et des couches de valeurs de la Spirale Dynamique. Le deuxi\u00e8me article explore en d\u00e9tail <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/niveaux-existence-spirale-dynamique\/\"><strong>les diff\u00e9rents <em>niveaux d\u2019existence <\/em>de la Spirale Dynamique<\/strong><\/a> et dans cet article, nous illustrons avec deux exemples (le burnout et l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 post-industrielle) \u00e0 quel point notre centre de gravit\u00e9 est \u00e9volutif. Enfin, le dernier article mettra en lumi\u00e8re comment les <em>niveaux d\u2019existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieurs sont r\u00e9activables\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/spirale-dynamique-au-temps-du-coronavirus\/\"><strong>la Spirale Dynamique au temps du Coronavirus<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-notre-centre-de-gravite-est-evolutif\">Notre centre de gravit\u00e9 est \u00e9volutif<\/h2><p>Chaque personne a, dans une p\u00e9riode de vie donn\u00e9e, un <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em> qui op\u00e8re comme son centre de gravit\u00e9. Si l&rsquo;on fait une analogie avec une maison, le centre de gravit\u00e9 est l&rsquo;\u00e9tage dans lequel nous vivons et nous poss\u00e9dons tous \u00e0 la cave la collection compl\u00e8te des <em>niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieurs. Leurs batteries sont toujours pleines et nous pouvons en tout temps passer une vitesse inf\u00e9rieure et adopter un niveau ant\u00e9rieur (fa\u00e7on de penser) lorsque les <em>conditions de vie<\/em> le demandent. Il n&rsquo;est pas surprenant que des individus atteignent un point de rupture dans un univers professionnel o\u00f9 il est bien vu d&rsquo;\u00eatre surcharg\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans une \u00e9ternelle course au profit et \u00e0 la croissance infinie. Comme il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un sujet sensible pour les personnes qui l&rsquo;ont v\u00e9cu, le lecteur est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre du recul dans la description des \u00e9tapes ci-dessous. Elles ne correspondent pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00e0 chaque cas de burnout et ne constituent pas une th\u00e9orie ou une explication du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Il s&rsquo;agit uniquement d&rsquo;illustrer ce qui \u00ab\u00a0peut se produire\u00a0\u00bb en appliquant le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la Spirale Dynamique :<\/p><ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le d\u00e9ni<\/strong> &#8211; Il y a de grande chance qu&rsquo;une personne qui a atteint ce point de non-retour a pr\u00e9alablement ressenti une tension vis-\u00e0-vis des exigences externes ou de la pression que la personne s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9e elle-m\u00eame. Les petits ajustements qui sont possible dans ces moments sont de prendre du repos, de partir en vacances ou d&rsquo;ajuster son cahier des charges. Ces ajustements ont peut-\u00eatre permis de r\u00e9duire la pression temporairement.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>La fuite<\/strong> &#8211; Apr\u00e8s avoir pris des vacances ou fait d&rsquo;autres ajustements, il y a certainement une phase de fuite alors que les tensions r\u00e9apparaissaient. On se dit alors \u00ab\u00a0ce n&rsquo;est que passager, \u00e7a ira mieux d\u00e8s que telle ou telle \u00e9ch\u00e9ance sera pass\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Le recul &#8211; <\/strong>Quand il devient impossible de fuir la tension parce qu&rsquo;elle grandit, le r\u00e9flexe est d&rsquo;aller chercher des solutions dans <em>les niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieurs.<ul><li>L&rsquo;ordre du bleu propose un regard normatif et une posture de soumission qui vient de la p\u00e9riode des 30 glorieuses (1950 \u00e0 1980). Notre conscience bleue nous souffle donc \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il est important d&rsquo;avoir un bon travail pour assurer sa retraite, il n&rsquo;est pas raisonnable d&rsquo;envisager autre chose. Sois d\u00e9j\u00e0 content-e d&rsquo;avoir un travail alors qu&rsquo;il y a tellement de personnes qui n&rsquo;en n&rsquo;ont pas.<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/li><li>Le pouvoir du rouge propose une posture de domination, notre voix int\u00e9rieure rouge nous souffle donc \u00ab\u00a0<em>Allez, montre-leur de quoi tu es capable ! Ce n&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame pas le moment d&rsquo;abandonner, tu vaux mieux que \u00e7a\u2026 tu n&rsquo;es pas un-e faible<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/li><\/ul>La combinaison de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments nous pousse in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 serrer les dents et \u00e0 poursuivre sur le m\u00eame chemin. Il est possible que l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;auto-persuasion ait un effet de motivation temporaire qui augmente notre r\u00e9silience. Mais, il suffit de laisser faire le temps et il y a de fortes chances que cette strat\u00e9gie nous pousse \u00e0 foncer droit dans le mur plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e0 admettre notre vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et demander de l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 notre entourage.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution &#8211;<\/strong> Dans le cas du burnout, il arrive que certaines personnes arrivent \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher avant d&rsquo;atteindre le point de rupture, l\u00e2chent tout et se reconstruisent dans un autre environnement. Malheureusement pour d&rsquo;autres, cette prise de conscience se fait apr\u00e8s avoir atteint le point de rupture et demande une mise en repos et une reconstruction qui peut durer des mois, voire des ann\u00e9es. Durant la phase de reconstruction, ces personnes d\u00e9veloppent un besoin de fonctionner dans un autre environnement professionnel, loin de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et de la pression constante. Elles aspirent \u00e0 travailler dans un environnement collaboratif, avec des valeurs bien ancr\u00e9es et une culture collective forte. Elles cherchent \u00e0 int\u00e9grer une \u00e9quipe qui leur offre un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;appartenance fort. Pour elles, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence d&rsquo;une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de penser le monde tu travail, elles envisagent parfois une reconversion ou d\u00e9veloppent de nouvelles pratiques afin d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer ce nouveau paradigme de mani\u00e8re durable.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre &#8211;<\/strong> D\u00e8s que cette transformation est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, ces personnes retrouvent une harmonie dans un nouveau contexte professionnel. Elles ont alors \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers le <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em> de l&rsquo;harmonie (vert) et se sentent \u00e0 nouveau en congruence avec leur environnement.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-evolution-de-notre-societe-post-industrielle-un-exemple-d-evolution-collectif\">L\u2019\u00e9volution de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 post-industrielle &#8211; un exemple d&rsquo;\u00e9volution collectif<\/h2><p>Au niveau collectif, nous passons par des \u00e9tapes similaires lorsque notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se complexifie. Pour identifier l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;un point d&rsquo;\u00e9volution, de rupture ou de changement de paradigme, il s&rsquo;agit de d\u00e9tecter si les r\u00e9ponses aux probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;hier deviennent la source des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p><p>Un exemple pour illustrer ce propos est de partir de la situation \u00e9conomique dans laquelle s&rsquo;est trouv\u00e9 le monde \u00e0 la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Les infrastructures et l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de l&rsquo;Europe \u00e9taient d\u00e9truites. Les \u00c9tats-Unis ont su saisir l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de reconstruire l&rsquo;Europe avec le plan Marshall en investissant des milliards de dollars. L&rsquo;enjeu \u00e9tait de produire un maximum de biens afin de relancer l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie europ\u00e9enne et cr\u00e9er un march\u00e9 prosp\u00e8re pour les exportations am\u00e9ricaines. Le plan a fonctionn\u00e9, les ruines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9blay\u00e9es, les infrastructures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconstruits, les usines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9affect\u00e9e et l&rsquo;Europe s&rsquo;est mise \u00e0 produire, produire et encore produire. Tout cela a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des millions d&#8217;emplois, sorti les gens de la pauvret\u00e9 et petit-\u00e0-petit permis l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de la classe moyenne qui a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir les moyens de consommer plus. En augmentant la demande de biens de consommation, cela permis de produire d&rsquo;avantage, d&rsquo;enrichir les entreprises, d&rsquo;augmenter les salaires en d&#8217;employer encore plus de travailleurs. Un cercle vertueux s&rsquo;est mis en place et la solution a parfaitement r\u00e9pondu aux probl\u00e8mes que nous avions \u00e0 la fin de la guerre.<\/p><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il apparait comme une \u00e9vidence que le syst\u00e8me capitaliste qui est n\u00e9 de ce cercle vertueux est \u00e0 la source nos d\u00e9fis les plus importants: le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, la pollution des sols, de l&rsquo;air et des eaux, l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement des ressources naturelles, l&rsquo;utilisation d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e des \u00e9nergies fossiles, l&rsquo;\u00e9cart grandissant entre riches et pauvres, la concentration de la majorit\u00e9 de la richesse mondiale dans une fraction d&rsquo;un pourcent de la population, etc. Il ne semble pas exag\u00e9r\u00e9 de dire que la solution aux probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;hier est devenu (en tout cas partiellement) la source des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p><p>Le parcours de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution n&rsquo;est bien \u00e9videmment pas encore achev\u00e9, mais nous pouvons d\u00e9j\u00e0 distinguer les caract\u00e9ristiques de certaines \u00e9tapes :<\/p><ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le d\u00e9ni<\/strong> &#8211; Nous sommes conscients depuis les ann\u00e9es 1980 que la pollution et l&rsquo;usage croissant des \u00e9nergies non-renouvelables sont un probl\u00e8me. Nous avons supprim\u00e9 le CFC des a\u00e9rosols, invent\u00e9 les panneaux solaires et les \u00e9oliennes, instaur\u00e9 le recyclage g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 (dans les pays riches), r\u00e9duit la consommation de nos voitures et m\u00eame invent\u00e9 la voiture \u00e9lectrique. Aussi importants que soient ces perc\u00e9es, il ne s&rsquo;agit que d&rsquo;ajustements mineurs qui, m\u00eame pris ensemble, n&rsquo;ont aucune chance de faire basculer le syst\u00e8me et d&rsquo;inverser la tendance.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>La fuite<\/strong> &#8211; Apr\u00e8s s&rsquo;\u00eatre donn\u00e9 bonne conscience de recycler nos d\u00e9chets, nous avons continu\u00e9 \u00e0 consommer de fa\u00e7on effr\u00e9n\u00e9e, \u00e0 prendre l&rsquo;avion en low-cost pour un oui ou pour un non. Nous en sommes m\u00eame venu \u00e0 la r\u00e9signation \u00ab\u00a0tant que le monde entier ne le fait pas, \u00e7a ne sert \u00e0 rien que je diminue ma consommation ou change mes habitudes\u00a0\u00bb. La tension monte, les pronostics catastrophiques des effets du r\u00e9chauffement climatique se multiplient, les \u00e9tudiants se mobilisent pendant des mois, Greta fait un tour du monde et explique \u00e0 qui veut bien l&rsquo;entendre qu&rsquo;il faut agir maintenant. Au milieu de cette tourmente, la seule chose que nous soyons capables de faire (\u00e0 part r\u00e9duire un peu notre emprunte carbone personnelle) c&rsquo;est de nous plaindre du syst\u00e8me \u00e9conomique qui place les int\u00e9r\u00eats financiers avant les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de notre plan\u00e8te.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>La crise &#8211; <\/strong>Quand il devient impossible de fuir la tension parce qu&rsquo;elle grandit, le r\u00e9flexe est d&rsquo;aller chercher des solutions dans <em>les niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieurs.<ul><li>Le bleu propose d&rsquo;\u00e9lever l&rsquo;\u00c9tat au rang de policier et de r\u00e9gulateur de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie en interdisant tant\u00f4t la production, la vente ou la consommation de certains produits. Historiquement, la doctrine \u00e9cologiste de gauche pr\u00f4nait par exemple l&rsquo;interdiction de vendre des voitures 4&#215;4 et de mettre en place toutes sortes de taxes afin d&rsquo;inciter l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie \u00e0 prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s. Bien que techniquement r\u00e9alisable et potentiellement efficace, ces initiatives se sont toutes heurt\u00e9es \u00e0 des milieux politiques frileux et intimement li\u00e9s avec les int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques (orange) qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent le statu quo.<\/li><li>L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du rouge est incarn\u00e9e par des leaders populistes \u00e9lus sur des slogans du type \u00ab\u00a0Make America Great Again\u00a0\u00bb et du \u00ab\u00a0Brexit\u00a0\u00bb: expulsons les \u00e9trangers, retirons-nous de nos engagements internationaux et quittons l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne ou, plus pr\u00e8s de chez nous, interdisons la construction de minarets. C&rsquo;est le retour du fascisme dans beaucoup de pays europ\u00e9ens, la mont\u00e9e du nationalisme et de l&rsquo;extr\u00eame droite et le repli sur soi en mettant la faute de tous nos probl\u00e8mes sur une minorit\u00e9. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est le m\u00eame qui a permis la mont\u00e9e de l&rsquo;antis\u00e9mitisme au d\u00e9but du 20<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle et, aujourd&rsquo;hui, il est dirig\u00e9 contre les \u00e9trangers, les musulmans ou les migrants.<\/li><\/ul>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous en sommes aujourd&rsquo;hui : proche du point de rupture (comme dans l&rsquo;exemple du burnout) mais incapable de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et d&rsquo;agir autrement qu&rsquo;avec des m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;hier qui rendent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la situation encore pire. La tension est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la seule question qui reste est d\u00e9terminer quand nous arriverons au point de rupture et quel sera le d\u00e9clencheur.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution &#8211; <\/strong>les pistes ne sont pas encore claires. Si l&rsquo;on se fie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la Spirale Dynamique, le niveau qui \u00e9merge apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;orange est le vert et il est du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du collectif. Even though I still see many inconsistencies in my life choices, I am trying to bring awareness and acceptance of my imperfection. It would be wonderful if everyone took this same path, at their own pace and in their own way. Unfortunately however, this would not be enough. The challenges facing humanity and our planet are much greater, whether we are talking about global warming, the disappearance of species or the socio-economic disparities between the different layers of our societies as well as between rich and poor countries. I fear that the individual actions and citizen movements that are underway are far too slow to respond to the urgency of the current situation. In other words, if we don't find a way to get the economy on board, the future does not look good. However, the capitalist system as it was established in the 20th century tends to systematically privilege short-term gains and the creation of shareholder value to the detriment of any other measure. I am not advocating killing capitalism, but there is one principle that needs to be urgently reviewed. It is the one that allows companies to redistribute economic gains to shareholders while the negative impact of economic activities on the environment, health and society is ignored in the balance sheet of economic activity and becomes the responsibility of governments that try as best they can to limit the damage, but without giving themselves the means to do so since they are themselves primarily at the service of the economy. I am certain that the solution will come from the companies themselves and the people within them. What is needed to ensure that the awareness and lifestyle choices of individual employees are also translated into responsible behavior by the companies in which they work? There is very little missing in my opinion. What is needed is a shift in decision-making power from a small group of shareholders to a larger number of employees who are committed to taking their individual and collective responsibilities seriously. It is therefore urgent to put people at the center of the organization and to make room for collective intelligence in strategic choices. But this should not be at the expense of shareholders. As consumption choices also evolve, it will sooner or later become a simple matter of economic survival to be committed to a sustainable activity rather than continuing with the status quo. The new cultural and structural paradigm of organizations that we are accompanying is certainly a way to accelerate this change by starting to put people at the center. I am convinced that the transformation of organizations is a Trojan horse in the world of business and public authorities to enable a societal transformation on a much larger scale. The professional career that led me to do this activityLe parcours professionnel qui m'a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer mon activit\u00e9 With an engineering degree and an MBA in my pocket, nothing predestined me for this line of work. I dreamt about it for a while during my one-year training as a professional coach, but as I didn't know where to start, I did absolutely nothing. I then moved into conscious entrepreneurship by co-founding ArboLife (the forerunner of Paradigm21) in 2015, which was recognized as a pioneer of the emerging paradigm of organizations in Switzerland. In 2018, it was after following a multitude of synchronicities that I was first inspired to co-create a training on distributed organizations, then attracted our first customers and finally co-found Paradigm21 by inviting other members to come and co-construct the company that we currently know. What is interesting about this experience is that there was never a strategy or goal to do coaching or training in this area, we just responded to what came our way by putting one foot in front of the other. Along the way, however, we have developed common visions for Paradigm21 but these are regularly updated to reflect the reality we experience. The biggest challenge I've faced in my evolution Although I was the initiator of new organizational practices in the different structures that I co-founded, I kept tripping over my old automatisms inherited from a previous career and the management jobs that I held. And today, almost 6 years after I started and despite my experience in training and accompanying other organizations on this same path, I continue to discover behaviors that I have in certain situations that do not support our own way of operating. Every time I think I've covered all the mistakes that can be made on this path of internal and organizational transformation, I stumble upon one more example of a trap I've fallen into. It is thanks to the tensions that my behaviors generate and to the feedbacks of my colleagues, which can be both benevolent and sometimes a little ruthless, that new opportunities for my own evolution are revealed. My favorite book I have many \\\"favorite\\\" books, but one of my latest finds is \\\"The Surrender Experiment\\\" by Micheal Singer. I devoured this book in the summer of 2021 and loved the way the author recounts a 30+ year career path in which he let go of every major decision. That is, instead of having a strategy and executing it by putting aside \\\"non-priority\\\" opportunities, he systematically accepted the opportunities that life presented to him, even if (and especially if) they went against what he had consciously chosen to do. And the result speaks for itself. Following one synchronicity after another, the sequence of events that have occurred is mind-boggling and of a nature that we, too, should trust life and let things that arise spontaneously unfold. If I could have a super power, it would be... To have a magic wand that allows me to free all the people I interact with from limiting beliefs that they are not aware of and open the doors to a world in which they are free to be who they really are and do what matters to them. Of course, I would first test this magic wand on myself. One thing from my bucket list To live a minimalist life in a Tiny House close to nature and with a garden to grow most of the fruits and vegetables to feed myself. What motivated me to choose to accompany the emergence of a new paradigm Many of us are becoming increasingly aware of the environmental impact of our lifestyles, our food consumption, our energy use and our carbon footprint. A good number of years ago and like so many others, I started a (too) slow shift of my habits towards a fairer, more local, more sustainable consumption. Even though I still see many inconsistencies in my life choices, I am trying to bring awareness and acceptance of my imperfection. It would be wonderful if everyone took this same path, at their own pace and in their own way. Unfortunately however, this would not be enough. The challenges facing humanity and our planet are much greater, whether we are talking about global warming, the disappearance of species or the socio-economic disparities between the different layers of our societies as well as between rich and poor countries. I fear that the individual actions and citizen movements that are underway are far too slow to respond to the urgency of the current situation. In other words, if we don't find a way to get the economy on board, the future does not look good. However, the capitalist system as it was established in the 20th century tends to systematically privilege short-term gains and the creation of shareholder value to the detriment of any other measure. I am not advocating killing capitalism, but there is one principle that needs to be urgently reviewed. It is the one that allows companies to redistribute economic gains to shareholders while the negative impact of economic activities on the environment, health and society is ignored in the balance sheet of economic activity and becomes the responsibility of governments that try as best they can to limit the damage, but without giving themselves the means to do so since they are themselves primarily at the service of the economy. I am certain that the solution will come from the companies themselves and the people within them. What is needed to ensure that the awareness and lifestyle choices of individual employees are also translated into responsible behavior by the companies in which they work? There is very little missing in my opinion. What is needed is a shift in decision-making power from a small group of shareholders to a larger number of employees who are committed to taking their individual and collective responsibilities seriously. It is therefore urgent to put people at the center of the organization and to make room for collective intelligence in strategic choices. But this should not be at the expense of shareholders. As consumption choices also evolve, it will sooner or later become a simple matter of economic survival to be committed to a sustainable activity rather than continuing with the status quo. The new cultural and structural paradigm of organizations that we are accompanying is certainly a way to accelerate this change by starting to put people at the center. I am convinced that the transformation of organizations is a Trojan horse in the world of business and public authorities to enable a societal transformation on a much larger scale. The professional career that led me to do this activityLe parcours professionnel qui m'a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer mon activit\u00e9 With an engineering degree and an MBA in my pocket, nothing predestined me for this line of work. I dreamt about it for a while during my one-year training as a professional coach, but as I didn't know where to start, I did absolutely nothing. I then moved into conscious entrepreneurship by co-founding ArboLife (the forerunner of Paradigm21) in 2015, which was recognized as a pioneer of the emerging paradigm of organizations in Switzerland. In 2018, it was after following a multitude of synchronicities that I was first inspired to co-create a training on distributed organizations, then attracted our first customers and finally co-found Paradigm21 by inviting other members to come and co-construct the company that we currently know. What is interesting about this experience is that there was never a strategy or goal to do coaching or training in this area, we just responded to what came our way by putting one foot in front of the other. Along the way, however, we have developed common visions for Paradigm21 but these are regularly updated to reflect the reality we experience. The biggest challenge I've faced in my evolution Although I was the initiator of new organizational practices in the different structures that I co-founded, I kept tripping over my old automatisms inherited from a previous career and the management jobs that I held. And today, almost 6 years after I started and despite my experience in training and accompanying other organizations on this same path, I continue to discover behaviors that I have in certain situations that do not support our own way of operating. Every time I think I've covered all the mistakes that can be made on this path of internal and organizational transformation, I stumble upon one more example of a trap I've fallen into. It is thanks to the tensions that my behaviors generate and to the feedbacks of my colleagues, which can be both benevolent and sometimes a little ruthless, that new opportunities for my own evolution are revealed. My favorite book I have many \"favorite\" books, but one of my latest finds is \"The Surrender Experiment\" by Micheal Singer. I devoured this book in the summer of 2021 and loved the way the author recounts a 30+ year career path in which he let go of every major decision. That is, instead of having a strategy and executing it by putting aside \"non-priority\" opportunities, he systematically accepted the opportunities that life presented to him, even if (and especially if) they went against what he had consciously chosen to do. And the result speaks for itself. Following one synchronicity after another, the sequence of events that have occurred is mind-boggling and of a nature that we, too, should trust life and let things that arise spontaneously unfold. If I could have a super power, it would be... To have a magic wand that allows me to free all the people I interact with from limiting beliefs that they are not aware of and open the doors to a world in which they are free to be who they really are and do what matters to them. Of course, I would first test this magic wand on myself. One thing from my bucket list To live a minimalist life in a Tiny House close to nature and with a garden to grow most of the fruits and vegetables to feed myself.
