Cette s\u00e9rie de quatre articles vise \u00e0 explorer cette grille de lecture.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le premier article intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/introduction-spirale-dynamique\/\"><strong>Introduction au mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9volution de la Spirale Dynamique<\/strong><\/a> pause les bases des niveaux d\u2019existence et des couches de valeurs de la Spirale Dynamique. Dans cet article, nous explorerons en d\u00e9tail les diff\u00e9rents <em>niveaux d\u2019existence <\/em>de la Spirale Dynamique et le troisi\u00e8me article illustre <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/exemples-evolutions-spirale-dynamique\/\"><strong>l\u2019\u00e9volution dans la Spirale Dynamique avec deux exemples<\/strong><\/a> (le burnout et l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 post-industrielle). Enfin, le dernier article mettra en lumi\u00e8re comment les <em>niveaux d\u2019existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieurs sont r\u00e9activables\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/spirale-dynamique-au-temps-du-coronavirus\/\"><strong>la Spirale Dynamique au temps du Coronavirus<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-differents-niveaux-d-existence\">Les diff\u00e9rents <em>niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em><\/h2><p>Dans sa recherche initiale, le professeur Clare Graves a distingu\u00e9 huit <em>niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em>. Avant que le Don Beck et Christopher Cowan nomme ce mod\u00e8le \u00ab\u00a0Spiral Dynamics\u00a0\u00bb et lui donnent les couleurs que nous connaissons actuellement, Graves repr\u00e9sentait les syst\u00e8mes de valeurs (ou <em>niveaux d&rsquo;existence)<\/em> par des lettres. La premi\u00e8re partie de l&rsquo;alphabet (A \u00e0 H ) repr\u00e9sentaient l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des <em>conditions de vie<\/em> et la seconde partie (N \u00e0 U) repr\u00e9sentaient l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de nos capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation neuropsychologiques. Ce double mouvement d&rsquo;\u00e9volution est ce que Graves a initialement appel\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;\u00e9volution \u00e9mergeant en double h\u00e9lice. Cette double h\u00e9lice est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de l&rsquo;alternance entre les syst\u00e8mes de valeur qui sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s l&rsquo;expression de soi (\u00e0 gauche sur le diagramme) et ceux qui sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par le sacrifice de soi (\u00e0 droite). Nous avons tendance \u00e0 croire que le d\u00e9veloppement individuel et celui du collectif sont des mouvements qui s&rsquo;opposent, alors qu&rsquo;en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ils s&rsquo;alternent dans notre \u00e9volution.<\/p><p>Chaque <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em> correspond donc \u00e0 une nouvelle \u00ab\u00a0fa\u00e7on de penser\u00a0\u00bb en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 de nouvelles <em>conditions de vie<\/em> et un environnement plus complexe. Chaque niveau comprend des aspects positifs et n\u00e9gatifs. Il serait erron\u00e9 de cat\u00e9goriser un individu ou un type de caract\u00e8res selon les niveaux ou les couleurs. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;assimiler un niveau \u00e0 une fa\u00e7on de penser en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des circonstances \u00e9volutives.<\/p><p>Rappelons qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas question de juger si un niveau est meilleur qu\u2019un autre ou de gravir des \u00e9chelons en partant du beige pour \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9voluer&nbsp;\u00bb jusqu\u2019au turquoise dans un acte de volont\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9go nous tend vite des pi\u00e8ges. Il est capital de voir qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas meilleur de fonctionner au stade \u00ab\u00a0vert\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;au stade \u00ab\u00a0orange\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est uniquement la congruence entre la fa\u00e7on de penser, nos comportements et les <em>conditions de vie<\/em> qui est ad\u00e9quate ou inad\u00e9quate. Survie (beige)<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s:<\/strong> instinct, cerveau reptilien et cerveau moyen<\/p><p><strong>Vision du monde:<\/strong> un milieu naturel dangereux.<\/p><p><strong>Pens\u00e9e:<\/strong> automatique, il n&rsquo;y pas de syst\u00e8me de valeurs conscient.<\/p><p><strong>Actions:<\/strong> assurer sa survie en suivant ses instincts et en satisfaisant ses besoins biologiques.<\/p><p><strong>Description:<\/strong> cette d&rsquo;existence humaine est de nature instinctive et orient\u00e9e vers la survie. Le temps n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une question d&rsquo;ici et maintenant, et l&rsquo;accent est mis sur la satisfaction des besoins physiques. Ce niveau se manifeste par exemple chez les enfants en bas \u00e2ge et les toxicomanes. Il. se manifeste \u00e9galement dans des situations de danger de mort comme une catastrophe naturelle. Les individus se sont fid\u00e9lis\u00e9s aux coutumes de la tribu.<\/p><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, ce syst\u00e8me est visible dans les liens familiaux et dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;enfance autour des contes de f\u00e9es, des rituels et des peluches. Dans les organisations, le violet se manifeste dans les r\u00e8gles non \u00e9crites et les rituels tels que les sorties entre coll\u00e8gues ou l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif apr\u00e8s le travail. En temps de crise, ce syst\u00e8me devient plus actif, car les gens commencent \u00e0 rechercher la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un groupe.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-pouvoir-rouge\"><strong>3. Pouvoir (rouge)<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s:<\/strong> impulsivit\u00e9, assertivit\u00e9, domination<\/p><p><strong>Vision du monde:<\/strong>&nbsp; une jungle et la nature doit \u00eatre conquise.<\/p><p><strong>Pens\u00e9e:<\/strong> \u00e9gocentrique, assertive, les valeurs sont l&rsquo;exploitation et la puissance.<\/p><p><strong>Actions:<\/strong> exprimer le soi sans culpabilit\u00e9 pour satisfaire ses impulsions imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p><p><strong>Description:<\/strong> c&rsquo;est par la naissance de l&rsquo;individualit\u00e9 que ce \u00ab\u00a0moi\u00a0\u00bb prend conscience de ses propres pulsions et de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 imposer sa volont\u00e9 aux autres. Alors que les personnes en violet se serrent les coudes en cas de danger, l&rsquo;individu en rouge affronte le danger de front, avec courage et d\u00e9termination. Le th\u00e8me sous-jacent du niveau rouge est : \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9fendez vos propres int\u00e9r\u00eats, satisfaites vos propres d\u00e9sirs en faisant ce que vous voulez, sans tenir compte des autres\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Dans le monde d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, le rouge se manifeste dans la volont\u00e9 des enfants de s&rsquo;affirmer et de brutaliser les autres, dans les sports de contact physique comme le rugby, mais aussi dans les gangs de rue et le hooliganisme. Dans nos relations, c&rsquo;est la force du rouge qui nous permet de dire \u00ab\u00a0stop\u00a0\u00bb et de s&rsquo;extraire de relations malsaines. C&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat qui tape du poing sur la table avec la d\u00e9termination de r\u00e9gler un probl\u00e8me en fondant une entreprise. En management, un rouge sain se traduit par une action d\u00e9cisive, mais s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas canalis\u00e9, il risque de se transformer en abus de pouvoir.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-ordre-bleu\"><strong>4. Ordre (bleu)<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s:<\/strong> dogmatisme, ob\u00e9issance, respect des r\u00e8gles<\/p><p><strong>Vision du monde:<\/strong>&nbsp; contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par une V\u00e9rit\u00e9 Ultime et une morale.<\/p><p><strong>Pens\u00e9e:<\/strong> absolutiste, culpabilit\u00e9, les valeurs sont le sacrifice et le salut.<\/p><p><strong>Actions:<\/strong> sacrifier le soi maintenant pour obtenir une r\u00e9compense plus tard.<\/p><p><strong>Description:&nbsp; <\/strong>le niveau rouge m\u00e8ne in fine au chaos et \u00e0 un foss\u00e9 grandissant entre les dirigeants et les gouvern\u00e9s. Le niveau bleu \u00e9merge en r\u00e9ponse au besoin de calme, d&rsquo;ordre et de stabilit\u00e9. Alors que dans le niveau rouge la satisfaction imm\u00e9diate aux d\u00e9pens de tout le reste l&#8217;emportait, servir la communaut\u00e9 par sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler ses d\u00e9sirs caract\u00e9rise le niveau bleu. L&rsquo;ici et maintenant n&rsquo;est plus primordial ; au lieu de cela, les gens sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 suivre les r\u00e8gles et \u00e0 se conformer \u00e0 un plan global, pour lequel ils seront r\u00e9compens\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p><p>Dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle, le niveau bleu est clairement pr\u00e9sent dans les diff\u00e9rentes confessions religieuses, mais il est \u00e9galement le moteur derri\u00e8re la structure de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9: les lois, le syst\u00e8me judiciaire, les droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9, les infrastructures, etc.<\/p><p>Les organisations ne peuvent pas survivre sans la structure fournie par le niveau bleu. Mais dans l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s, ce niveau apporte trop de bureaucratie, rend l&rsquo;organisation rigide et incapable de s&rsquo;adapter aux circonstances changeantes. L&rsquo;autre risque du bleu est d&rsquo;engendrer une mentalit\u00e9 dogmatique du bien et du mal et un sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 impardonnable si l&rsquo;on ne respecte pas les r\u00e8gles.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-individualisme-orange\"><strong>5. Individualisme (orange)<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s:<\/strong> r\u00e9ussite, comp\u00e9tition, argumentation, image de soi<\/p><p><strong>Vision du monde:&nbsp; <\/strong>plein d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s de se cr\u00e9er une vie meilleure et prosp\u00e8re.<\/p><p><strong>Pens\u00e9e:<\/strong> pragmatique et positive, comp\u00e9titive, les valeurs sont le scientisme et le mat\u00e9rialisme.<\/p><p><strong>Actions:<\/strong> exprimer le soi de mani\u00e8re calcul\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9clencher l&rsquo;agressivit\u00e9 des autres.<\/p><p><strong>Description: <\/strong>la pression du niveau bleu peut r\u00e9primer la libert\u00e9 individuelle, l&rsquo;expression et l&rsquo;innovation. En r\u00e9ponse, les individus prennent conscience que chacun devrait pouvoir d\u00e9terminer sa propre vie et avoir droit \u00e0 une r\u00e9ussite personnelle. Le niveau orange qui en r\u00e9sulte est fortement orient\u00e9 vers la libert\u00e9 de pens\u00e9e et l&rsquo;autonomie de l&rsquo;individu. Comme le rouge, l&rsquo;orange est attach\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;expression de soi, mais d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re plus strat\u00e9gique. L&rsquo;orange comprend le besoin de structures saines du niveau bleu mais il appr\u00e9ciera le d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;identifier les lacunes du syst\u00e8me et de les exploiter. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le rouge domine en exer\u00e7ant le pouvoir, l&rsquo;orange joue le jeu de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique pour le plaisir de gagner. Il a donc int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ce que les autres soient \u00e9galement dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 continuer de jouer le jeu.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du monde occidental a un fort caract\u00e8re orange : elle est ambitieuse, orient\u00e9e vers la croissance, l&rsquo;innovation et la r\u00e9ussite individuelle. De nombreuses formations sur le th\u00e8me du leadership personnel et de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 cherchent \u00e0 activer ce dynamisme. Mais si elle va trop loin, une organisation orange peut r\u00e9primer l&rsquo;ordre bleu et entra\u00eener l&rsquo;effondrement de l&rsquo;organisation. La plus grande limite du fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie orange est que sa finalit\u00e9 est la cr\u00e9ation de valeur actionnariale et qu&rsquo;elle poursuivra ce but au d\u00e9triment des ressources naturelles, humaines, soci\u00e9tales ou environnementales.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-pluraliste-vert\"><strong>6. Le niveau vert \u00e9merge avec la recherche d&rsquo;une vie en harmonie avec les gens et la nature. Dans le niveau jaune, les gens ne sont plus pouss\u00e9s par des forces ext\u00e9rieures telles que la pression sociale, mais de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et de mani\u00e8re autonome.<\/p><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, de nombreuses organisations ressentent le besoin d&rsquo;une action d\u00e9cisive (rouge) ainsi que d&rsquo;une structure ad\u00e9quate (bleu), et d&rsquo;une performance ax\u00e9e sur des objectifs (orange) ainsi que d&rsquo;une attention aux personnes (vert). Combiner tous ces aspects n\u00e9cessite un niveau de r\u00e9flexion plus complexe, ce qui est effectivement ce que nous voyons \u00e9merger aujourd&rsquo;hui avec des personnes qui atteignent le niveau jaune.&nbsp; Elles reconnaissent tous les syst\u00e8mes de valeurs sous-jacents en elle-m\u00eame et chez les autres, et sont capables d&rsquo;aligner ces syst\u00e8mes de de fonctionner dans chacun sans jugement.<\/p><p>Le jaune r\u00e9pond aux menaces, telles que le probl\u00e8me climatique croissant, non pas par la peur mais par la question de savoir quelle solution servirait l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me. Il peut faire face au chaos et aux changements tumultueux, il peut croire que le temps est un alli\u00e9 et faire confiance \u00e0 la synchronicit\u00e9.<\/p><p>En management, le jaune se r\u00e9v\u00e8le dans l&rsquo;esquisse de perspectives \u00e0 long terme dans lesquelles les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l&rsquo;organisation et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 co\u00efncident (\u00e9conomie circulaire), dans le fonctionnement en r\u00e9seaux autonomes et dans la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adapter le style de gestion \u00e0 la situation. Le jaune ne PENSE pas out-of-the-box,&nbsp; il VIT out-of-the-box, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 il cr\u00e9e des organisations qui servent tous les acteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Bien s\u00fbr, le niveau jaune est accompagn\u00e9 de ses propres limites, mais comme il est naissant, nous manquons de recul pour les lister de mani\u00e8re compl\u00e8te. Une distorsion du niveau jaune est de s&rsquo;imaginer que les choses sont plus complexes qu&rsquo;elles ne le sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de s&rsquo;impatienter devant l&rsquo;incomp\u00e9tence des autres.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-holistique-turquoise\"><strong>8. Outre l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence du jaune, nous assistons \u00e9galement dans certaines parties du monde \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence du niveau suivant, \u00e0 savoir le turquoise.<\/p><p>Ce syst\u00e8me a une vision holistique du monde, les gens vivant leur vie comme \u00e9tant un avec la terre et l&rsquo;univers et tout ce qui existe. La turquoise voit le monde comme un organisme dynamique unique dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une conscience collective. Le moi est \u00e0 la fois autonome et se fond harmonieusement dans le tout. Ce syst\u00e8me commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper plus vigoureusement, comme en t\u00e9moigne l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la science et de la spiritualit\u00e9. Il est encore trop t\u00f4t pour pouvoir le d\u00e9crire de fa\u00e7on plus pr\u00e9cise alors que nous n&rsquo;en voyons que rarement une v\u00e9ritable expression dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Ce syst\u00e8me de valeurs pourrait bien g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la prise de conscience et la coh\u00e9rence n\u00e9cessaires pour s&rsquo;attaquer v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 la crise climatique mondiale croissante.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-principes-de-l-evolution\">Principes de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution<\/h3><p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude empirique de la Spirale Dynamique r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu&rsquo;il est impossible d\u2019\u00e9liminer ou de sauter un <em>niveau d\u2019existence<\/em> au cours de son \u00e9volution. Par exemple, il est impossible de passer d&rsquo;une organisation avec une dominance orange \u00e0 une forte composante jaune sans passer par l&rsquo;\u00e9tape d&rsquo;\u00e9volution verte. C&rsquo;est le plus grand pi\u00e8ge que notre \u00e9go et notre envie d&rsquo;\u00e9volution nous tend. Dans le cas de cet exemple, il est \u00e9vident que le jaune qui est int\u00e9gratif et syst\u00e9mique doit pouvoir s&rsquo;appuyer sur une exp\u00e9rience verte pour trouver une situation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Sans cette forte composante humaine et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner de fa\u00e7on harmonieuse dans un collectif, ce jaune pr\u00e9coce risque de ne pas trouver l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9ellement incarner une posture int\u00e9grative, et ainsi retomber imm\u00e9diatement dans une dominance orange. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas possible d&rsquo;instrumentaliser une \u00e9volution jaune au service d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat li\u00e9s aux finalit\u00e9s orange sans avoir v\u00e9cu la transformation que constitue le passage de l&rsquo;orange au vert.<\/p><p>Chaque <em>niveau d\u2019existence<\/em> transcende et inclut les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, un peu comme un adulte se construit sur les apprentissages de l&rsquo;enfance et de l\u2019adolescence. Lorsque nous atteignons un nouveau <em>niveau d\u2019existence<\/em>, celui-ci ne remplace pas le niveau ant\u00e9rieur, l\u2019impact de ce dernier s\u2019att\u00e9nue sans jamais dispara\u00eetre. Le nouveau niveau \u00e9merge peu \u00e0 peu, puis devient le niveau dominant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit remplac\u00e9 \u00e0 son tour. Even though I still see many inconsistencies in my life choices, I am trying to bring awareness and acceptance of my imperfection. It would be wonderful if everyone took this same path, at their own pace and in their own way. Unfortunately however, this would not be enough. The challenges facing humanity and our planet are much greater, whether we are talking about global warming, the disappearance of species or the socio-economic disparities between the different layers of our societies as well as between rich and poor countries. I fear that the individual actions and citizen movements that are underway are far too slow to respond to the urgency of the current situation. In other words, if we don't find a way to get the economy on board, the future does not look good. However, the capitalist system as it was established in the 20th century tends to systematically privilege short-term gains and the creation of shareholder value to the detriment of any other measure. I am not advocating killing capitalism, but there is one principle that needs to be urgently reviewed. It is the one that allows companies to redistribute economic gains to shareholders while the negative impact of economic activities on the environment, health and society is ignored in the balance sheet of economic activity and becomes the responsibility of governments that try as best they can to limit the damage, but without giving themselves the means to do so since they are themselves primarily at the service of the economy. I am certain that the solution will come from the companies themselves and the people within them. What is needed to ensure that the awareness and lifestyle choices of individual employees are also translated into responsible behavior by the companies in which they work? There is very little missing in my opinion. What is needed is a shift in decision-making power from a small group of shareholders to a larger number of employees who are committed to taking their individual and collective responsibilities seriously. It is therefore urgent to put people at the center of the organization and to make room for collective intelligence in strategic choices. But this should not be at the expense of shareholders. As consumption choices also evolve, it will sooner or later become a simple matter of economic survival to be committed to a sustainable activity rather than continuing with the status quo. The new cultural and structural paradigm of organizations that we are accompanying is certainly a way to accelerate this change by starting to put people at the center. I am convinced that the transformation of organizations is a Trojan horse in the world of business and public authorities to enable a societal transformation on a much larger scale. The professional career that led me to do this activityLe parcours professionnel qui m'a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer mon activit\u00e9 With an engineering degree and an MBA in my pocket, nothing predestined me for this line of work. I dreamt about it for a while during my one-year training as a professional coach, but as I didn't know where to start, I did absolutely nothing. I then moved into conscious entrepreneurship by co-founding ArboLife (the forerunner of Paradigm21) in 2015, which was recognized as a pioneer of the emerging paradigm of organizations in Switzerland. In 2018, it was after following a multitude of synchronicities that I was first inspired to co-create a training on distributed organizations, then attracted our first customers and finally co-found Paradigm21 by inviting other members to come and co-construct the company that we currently know. What is interesting about this experience is that there was never a strategy or goal to do coaching or training in this area, we just responded to what came our way by putting one foot in front of the other. Along the way, however, we have developed common visions for Paradigm21 but these are regularly updated to reflect the reality we experience. The biggest challenge I've faced in my evolution Although I was the initiator of new organizational practices in the different structures that I co-founded, I kept tripping over my old automatisms inherited from a previous career and the management jobs that I held. And today, almost 6 years after I started and despite my experience in training and accompanying other organizations on this same path, I continue to discover behaviors that I have in certain situations that do not support our own way of operating. Every time I think I've covered all the mistakes that can be made on this path of internal and organizational transformation, I stumble upon one more example of a trap I've fallen into. It is thanks to the tensions that my behaviors generate and to the feedbacks of my colleagues, which can be both benevolent and sometimes a little ruthless, that new opportunities for my own evolution are revealed. My favorite book I have many \\\"favorite\\\" books, but one of my latest finds is \\\"The Surrender Experiment\\\" by Micheal Singer. I devoured this book in the summer of 2021 and loved the way the author recounts a 30+ year career path in which he let go of every major decision. That is, instead of having a strategy and executing it by putting aside \\\"non-priority\\\" opportunities, he systematically accepted the opportunities that life presented to him, even if (and especially if) they went against what he had consciously chosen to do. And the result speaks for itself. Following one synchronicity after another, the sequence of events that have occurred is mind-boggling and of a nature that we, too, should trust life and let things that arise spontaneously unfold. If I could have a super power, it would be... To have a magic wand that allows me to free all the people I interact with from limiting beliefs that they are not aware of and open the doors to a world in which they are free to be who they really are and do what matters to them. One thing from my bucket list To live a minimalist life in a Tiny House close to nature and with a garden to grow most of the fruits and vegetables to feed myself.
