{"id":4495,"date":"2020-04-21T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-21T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/?p=4495"},"modified":"2025-01-31T17:01:40","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T16:01:40","slug":"introduction-spirale-dynamique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/ressources\/articles\/introduction-spirale-dynamique\/","title":{"rendered":"Introduction au mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9volution de la Spirale Dynamique (1\/4)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Que l&rsquo;on regarde l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des cycles technologiques, la mont\u00e9e en puissance de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, la crise sanitaire du COVID ou les d\u00e9rives de la surconsommation, de la financiarisation et du capitalisme, il devient difficile de ne pas percevoir que notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, notre \u00e9conomie et peut-\u00eatre notre civilisation sont en phase d&#8217;embarquement pour une \u00e9volution profonde.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>La \u00ab\u00a0Spiral Dynamics\u00a0\u00bb (ou la Spirale Dynamique) est un outil utile pour \u00e9clairer les changements qui s&rsquo;op\u00e8rent et pour comprendre les \u00e9tapes de la transformation individuelle, collective et organisationnelle, dans un monde devenant de plus en plus complexe.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>Nos choix et nos d\u00e9cisions, \u00e0 titre individuel et\/ou collectif, sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par notre conception du monde, notre syst\u00e8me de valeurs, notre caract\u00e8re, nos exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es, notre \u00e9ducation, ainsi que les aspects culturels et sociaux. C&rsquo;est ce que la Spirale Dynamique appelle un <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em>.<\/p><p>La Spirale Dynamique est au c\u0153ur des formations et des accompagnements de Paradigm21. Elle permet d\u2019appr\u00e9hender le changement au sein des organisations et d&rsquo;accompagner l&rsquo;ouverture des consciences \u00e0 travers les diff\u00e9rentes strates de l\u2019\u00e9volution individuelle et organisationnelle.<\/p><p>Nous sommes convaincus que la Spirale Dynamique peut servir de grille de lecture dans un contexte plus large que la transformation organisationnelle. Cet article est une introduction \u00e0 la Spirale Dynamique, les diff\u00e9rents <em>niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em> et les \u00e9tapes de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution d&rsquo;un niveau \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Afin de ne pas superposer trop de couches, cet article laisse volontairement la composante organisationnelle de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;aborder dans un futur article.<\/p><p>Cette s\u00e9rie de quatre articles commence par cet article sur une introduction au mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9volution de la Spirale Dynamique. Le deuxi\u00e8me article explorera en d\u00e9tail <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/niveaux-existence-spirale-dynamique\/\">les diff\u00e9rents <em>niveaux d\u2019existence<\/em> de la Spirale Dynamique<\/a> <\/strong>et le troisi\u00e8me article illustre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/exemples-evolutions-spirale-dynamique\/\">l\u2019\u00e9volution dans la Spirale Dynamique avec deux exemples<\/a><\/strong> (le burnout et l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 post-industrielle). Enfin, le dernier article mettra en lumi\u00e8re comment les <em>niveaux d\u2019existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieurs sont r\u00e9activables\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/fr\/articles\/spirale-dynamique-au-temps-du-coronavirus\/\"><strong>la Spirale Dynamique au temps du Coronavirus<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-evolution-vu-par-la-spirale-dynamique\">L&rsquo;\u00e9volution vu par la Spirale Dynamique<\/h2><p>Issue des travaux du professeur Clare W. Graves poursuivi par Don Beck et Chris Cowan puis valid\u00e9e par plus de 25&nbsp;ans d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes sur le terrain, la Spirale Dynamique est un mod\u00e8le qui permet de sch\u00e9matiser l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des humains \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents <em>niveaux d&rsquo;existence<\/em>. Ce mod\u00e8le empirique nous dit que lors de chaque transformation significative des<em> conditions de vie<\/em> auxquelles nous sommes confront\u00e9s, nous devons faire face \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis et sommes amen\u00e9s \u00e0 fonctionner dans un nouveau <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em>.<\/p><p>Ce mod\u00e8le n&rsquo;a pas comme objectif de fixer une norme. Comprenez par l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il ne s\u2019agit pas de gravir les \u00e9chelons des niveaux. Un \u00e9tat est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u201cstable\u201d ou \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9quilibr\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb lorsque la mani\u00e8re dont nous pensons et agissons est en congruence avec les <em>conditions de vie<\/em> (sociale, \u00e9conomique, environnementale, etc.). Dans ce cas, nos capacit\u00e9s c\u00e9r\u00e9brales sont en ad\u00e9quation avec nos <em>conditions de vie<\/em> et elles nous permettent de d\u00e9velopper des comportements qui sont coh\u00e9rents avec notre environnement et nos capacit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Cet \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre co\u00efncide avec l\u2019autor\u00e9gulation (appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;hom\u00e9ostasie&nbsp;\u00bb en biologie et en syst\u00e9mique) qui tend \u00e0 maintenir un \u00e9tat consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour le syst\u00e8me. Cet \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre est observable \u00e0 chaque niveau d\u2019un syst\u00e8me vivant (du niveau biologique de la cellule jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9) par sa propension \u00e0 minimiser le chaos (aussi appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;entropie&nbsp;\u00bb en thermodynamique).<\/p><p><strong><em>La propension \u00e0 minimiser le chaos bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9tude du biocomportement et de la neuroscience&nbsp;: <\/em><\/strong><em>L\u2019approche (dite des \u00ab&nbsp;couvertures de Markov&nbsp;\u00bb [1]) se base sur l\u2019\u00e9tude des syst\u00e8mes biologiques \u00e0 travers les \u00e9chelles spatiales et temporelles, observant chaque niveau (cellule, organe, \u00eatre vivant, etc.) de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante ainsi qu\u2019en lien avec le syst\u00e8me vivant global.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Le principe de l\u2019\u00e9nergie libre (FEP \u2013 free energy principle) est un mod\u00e8le reconnu en neuroscience comme une th\u00e9orie unifi\u00e9e du cerveau et du biocomportement. La propension d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 s\u2019auto-organiser dans le but de minimiser le chaos au niveau biologique bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019approche de Markov peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;Homo sapiens et servir de guide de recherche heuristique aux sciences biologiques, cognitives et sociales [2].<\/em><\/p><p>La notion de point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 un <em>niveau d\u2019existence <\/em>dans la Spirale Dynamique est corrobor\u00e9e par les th\u00e9ories de l\u2019\u00e9volution des syst\u00e8mes, notamment le principe de l\u2019\u00e9nergie libre de Karl Friston (mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus) qui sert aujourd\u2019hui de mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9dictif de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l\u2019intelligence artificielle [3].<\/p><p>Lorsque notre fa\u00e7on de voir le monde et d&rsquo;agir concordent avec notre environnement, nous sommes dans un \u00e9tat \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Des tensions apparaissent lorsque nous constatons un \u00e9cart important entre ce que nous attendions et ce que nous percevons avec notre syst\u00e8me sensoriel. Ces tensions peuvent devenir la source d\u2019une remise en question de notre mani\u00e8re de penser ou de nos comportements. Lorsque nous faisons face \u00e0 une complexification des <em>conditions de vie, <\/em>les tensions qui en r\u00e9sultent cr\u00e9ent alors un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre qui nous sommes (notre mani\u00e8re de penser et d&rsquo;agir) et notre environnement (nos <em>conditions de vie<\/em>). La complexification des conditions de vie sert donc de catalyseur au m\u00e9canisme d\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-se-passe-t-il-lorsque-les-conditions-de-vie-evoluent\">Que se passe-t-il lorsque les <em>conditions de vie<\/em> \u00e9voluent ?<\/h2><p>Il nous arrive de faire face \u00e0 une perturbation de notre environnement professionnel, \u00e0 une modification li\u00e9e \u00e0 une relation ou \u00e0 un changement du monde dans lequel nous vivons. Que ce soit d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019une relation, \u00e0 un rachat d\u2019entreprise, au d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;une pand\u00e9mie, nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 percevoir notre monde, notre environnement ou notre vie avec un regard nouveau. Nous parlons d\u2019\u00e9volution ou de complexification de nos <em>conditions de vie<\/em>.<\/p><p>Lorsque le monde autour de nous \u00e9volue et se complexifie, nous prenons conscience que nos habitudes et nos comportements (individuels ou collectifs) ne sont plus appropri\u00e9s et nous sommes confront\u00e9 au besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer. Ceci ob\u00e9it \u00e0 une dynamique bien pr\u00e9cise que l&rsquo;on retrouve aussi bien chez les individus que dans les organisations et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p>La spirale dynamique codifie le processus d\u2019\u00e9volution et les \u00e9tapes de la transition d\u2019un niveau d\u2019existence \u00e0 un autre \u00e0 l\u2019aide de points nomm\u00e9s \u03b1, \u03b2, \u03b3 et \u03b4 qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s pour diagnostiquer et accompagner une transformation.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"451\" src=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6084\" srcset=\"https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions.png 800w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-768x433.png 768w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-180x100.png 180w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-624x352.png 624w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-50x28.png 50w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-100x56.png 100w, https:\/\/paradigm21.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/paradigm21-blog-spirale-dynamique-transitions-600x338.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure><\/div><p>Au lieu d\u2019utiliser le diagnostic bas\u00e9 sur les scores (qui est plus utile dans une phase sp\u00e9cifique de transition), cet article se focalise sur cinq phases nomm\u00e9es de (a) \u00e0 (e) telles qu\u2019elles peuvent \u00eatre v\u00e9cues dans une transformation :<\/p><ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le d\u00e9ni &#8211;<\/strong> Nous ressentons une tension et nous tentons de faire de petits ajustements pour retrouver une situation d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre (dans le m\u00eame <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>La fuite &#8211;<\/strong> Si les petits ajustements ne permettent pas de r\u00e9soudre la tension, cela sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il y a des changements plus importants en jeu. Nous avons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tendance \u00e0 fuir de tels changements, car ils impliquent souvent de devoir quitter un environnement familier, mais aussi parce que les solutions ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas encore visibles \u00e0 ce stade ou parce qu&rsquo;une nouvelle perception du monde est en d\u00e9veloppement mais pas encore aboutie.<br><em>Il existe une alternative \u00e0 la fuite qui est une acceptation d\u2019un changement turbulent et une disposition \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise sur l\u2019ancienne situation. Cette voie alternative s\u2019appelle \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>le flex<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb et permet d\u2019\u00e9viter de passer par une crise pour \u00e9voluer.<\/em><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>La crise &#8211;<\/strong> La fuite des changements, pourtant \u00e9vidents, font encore monter la tension. Celle-ci peut s&rsquo;\u00e9lever \u00e0 un point tel que nous ne pouvons plus ignorer le changement et les solutions qui se pr\u00e9sentent. Le premier r\u00e9flexe est souvent de chercher des solutions dans le pass\u00e9 (dans un <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em> ant\u00e9rieur) parce que cela parait moins dangereux que d&rsquo;aller vers l&rsquo;inconnu. Il se peut que cela r\u00e9solve temporairement la tension, ce qui nous permet de retourner temporairement \u00e0 notre \u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre initial.Avec le temps, si l&rsquo;environnement s&rsquo;est complexifi\u00e9, il est fort probable que la tension revienne sous une forme ou une autre. Nous constatons alors que le r\u00e9sultat des solutions \u00e9prouv\u00e9es du pass\u00e9 est encore pire que la tension initiale.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution \u2013<\/strong> La crise m\u00e8ne inexorablement \u00e0 une prise de conscience qui nous ouvre une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de penser et nous permet de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles pratiques, d\u00e9coulant sur un changement durable dans notre vie.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre &#8211;<\/strong> D\u00e8s que le changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9, nous retrouvons une harmonie avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, notre environnement professionnel ou familial. Cela se traduit par une plus grande stabilit\u00e9 dans notre vie. Nous avons alors \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un nouveau <em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em> et sommes \u00e0 nouveau en congruence avec notre environnement.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trois-couches-de-valeurs\">Trois couches de valeurs<\/h2><p>La Spirale Dynamique rel\u00e8ve le d\u00e9fi de cartographier l\u2019ensemble des valeurs humaines en les distinguant en trois strates. L&rsquo;appellation \u00ab\u00a0<em>niveau d&rsquo;existence<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la strate de valeurs la plus profonde. On peut \u00e9galement appeler cela un paradigme, parce qu&rsquo;un changement dans ces couches profondes de valeurs r\u00e9siste fortement aux tentatives superficielles.<\/p><p><strong>1er niveau: les valeurs de surface (consciente) &#8211; <\/strong>ce sont les valeurs dont nous sommes conscients et dans lesquelles nous nous reconnaissons, autant au niveau individuel que collectif. Pour citer quelques exemples, <em>la<\/em> <em>bienveillance<\/em>, <em>la<\/em> <em>r\u00e9ussite<\/em>, <em>le<\/em> <em>respect<\/em>, <em>la<\/em> <em>tol\u00e9rance<\/em>, <em>la<\/em> <em>justice<\/em> et <em>l\u2019amour<\/em> sont des valeurs de premier niveau.<\/p><p>Dans le langage courant lorsque nous parlons de \u00ab&nbsp;valeurs&nbsp;\u00bb, nous parlons de ce premier niveau de valeurs. Ces valeurs sont de nature \u00e9volutive et relativement facilement modulables. Elles tendent \u00e0 \u00e9voluer avec le temps et notre d\u00e9veloppement individuel et collectif. &nbsp;C\u2019est au nom de ces valeurs de surface que nous suivons des codes vestimentaires, participons \u00e0 des rituels, ob\u00e9issons \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles sociales, choisissons un m\u00e9tier ou une entreprise, ou nous battons pour des causes ou d\u00e9marrons des guerres.<\/p><p><strong>2\u00e8me niveau: les valeurs cach\u00e9es (dans l\u2019inconscient individuel) &#8211; <\/strong>derri\u00e8res les valeurs de surface, existe une strate de valeurs cach\u00e9es qui contient deux types :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les valeurs masqu\u00e9es :<\/strong> ce sont des valeurs qui influencent \u00e9galement notre fa\u00e7on de nous comporter et qui ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accessible qu\u2019\u00e0 travers un coaching. <em>Le<\/em> <em>besoin d\u2019\u00eatre reconnu<\/em>, <em>le syndrome de l\u2019imposteur<\/em> ou un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019<em>auto-sabotage<\/em> en sont quelques exemples. Si l\u2019on va un peu plus loin, on trouvera \u00e9galement les valeurs rel\u00e8vent de la manipulation et du machiav\u00e9lisme (dans les cas les plus graves, ces valeurs peuvent m\u00eame \u00eatre conscientes). Cette derni\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement modulable que moyennant un accompagnement th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Les valeurs implicites :<\/strong> ce sont des valeurs pr\u00e9suppos\u00e9es connues. Dans toute famille, organisation ou soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il existe des valeurs \u00ab\u00a0non-dites\u00a0\u00bb que tout le monde se doit de respecter. Ces valeurs ne sont pas facilement modulables.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3\u00e8me niveau: les valeurs profondes (dans l\u2019inconscient collectif) &#8211; <\/strong>apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019il existe une couche de valeurs cach\u00e9es sous nos valeurs de surface, il devient imaginable qu\u2019il puisse en exister une troisi\u00e8me couche. Ces \u00ab&nbsp;valeurs profondes&nbsp;\u00bb d\u00e9crivent des structures permettant d\u2019accueillir les valeurs de surface et cach\u00e9es et sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les huit <em>niveaux d\u2019existence<\/em> de la Spirale Dynamique identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour. A moins d\u2019\u00e9tudier la spirale, ces niveaux sont observables dans l\u2019inconscient collectif de notre civilisation. Even though I still see many inconsistencies in my life choices, I am trying to bring awareness and acceptance of my imperfection. The challenges facing humanity and our planet are much greater, whether we are talking about global warming, the disappearance of species or the socio-economic disparities between the different layers of our societies as well as between rich and poor countries. I fear that the individual actions and citizen movements that are underway are far too slow to respond to the urgency of the current situation. In other words, if we don't find a way to get the economy on board, the future does not look good. However, the capitalist system as it was established in the 20th century tends to systematically privilege short-term gains and the creation of shareholder value to the detriment of any other measure. I am not advocating killing capitalism, but there is one principle that needs to be urgently reviewed. It is the one that allows companies to redistribute economic gains to shareholders while the negative impact of economic activities on the environment, health and society is ignored in the balance sheet of economic activity and becomes the responsibility of governments that try as best they can to limit the damage, but without giving themselves the means to do so since they are themselves primarily at the service of the economy. I am certain that the solution will come from the companies themselves and the people within them. What is needed to ensure that the awareness and lifestyle choices of individual employees are also translated into responsible behavior by the companies in which they work? There is very little missing in my opinion. What is needed is a shift in decision-making power from a small group of shareholders to a larger number of employees who are committed to taking their individual and collective responsibilities seriously. It is therefore urgent to put people at the center of the organization and to make room for collective intelligence in strategic choices. But this should not be at the expense of shareholders. As consumption choices also evolve, it will sooner or later become a simple matter of economic survival to be committed to a sustainable activity rather than continuing with the status quo. The new cultural and structural paradigm of organizations that we are accompanying is certainly a way to accelerate this change by starting to put people at the center. I am convinced that the transformation of organizations is a Trojan horse in the world of business and public authorities to enable a societal transformation on a much larger scale. The professional career that led me to do this activityLe parcours professionnel qui m'a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer mon activit\u00e9 With an engineering degree and an MBA in my pocket, nothing predestined me for this line of work. I dreamt about it for a while during my one-year training as a professional coach, but as I didn't know where to start, I did absolutely nothing. I then moved into conscious entrepreneurship by co-founding ArboLife (the forerunner of Paradigm21) in 2015, which was recognized as a pioneer of the emerging paradigm of organizations in Switzerland. In 2018, it was after following a multitude of synchronicities that I was first inspired to co-create a training on distributed organizations, then attracted our first customers and finally co-found Paradigm21 by inviting other members to come and co-construct the company that we currently know. What is interesting about this experience is that there was never a strategy or goal to do coaching or training in this area, we just responded to what came our way by putting one foot in front of the other. Along the way, however, we have developed common visions for Paradigm21 but these are regularly updated to reflect the reality we experience. The biggest challenge I've faced in my evolution Although I was the initiator of new organizational practices in the different structures that I co-founded, I kept tripping over my old automatisms inherited from a previous career and the management jobs that I held. And today, almost 6 years after I started and despite my experience in training and accompanying other organizations on this same path, I continue to discover behaviors that I have in certain situations that do not support our own way of operating. Every time I think I've covered all the mistakes that can be made on this path of internal and organizational transformation, I stumble upon one more example of a trap I've fallen into. It is thanks to the tensions that my behaviors generate and to the feedbacks of my colleagues, which can be both benevolent and sometimes a little ruthless, that new opportunities for my own evolution are revealed. My favorite book I have many \\\"favorite\\\" books, but one of my latest finds is \\\"The Surrender Experiment\\\" by Micheal Singer. I devoured this book in the summer of 2021 and loved the way the author recounts a 30+ year career path in which he let go of every major decision. That is, instead of having a strategy and executing it by putting aside \\\"non-priority\\\" opportunities, he systematically accepted the opportunities that life presented to him, even if (and especially if) they went against what he had consciously chosen to do. And the result speaks for itself. Following one synchronicity after another, the sequence of events that have occurred is mind-boggling and of a nature that we, too, should trust life and let things that arise spontaneously unfold. If I could have a super power, it would be... To have a magic wand that allows me to free all the people I interact with from limiting beliefs that they are not aware of and open the doors to a world in which they are free to be who they really are and do what matters to them. One thing from my bucket list To live a minimalist life in a Tiny House close to nature and with a garden to grow most of the fruits and vegetables to feed myself.
